    I have been doing Astanga Yoga for almost an year now, I want to take some time today to talk about how wonderful my master Swapna is, I cannot say enough good things about Swapna, she just doesn't teach yoga she teaches on how to connect body to mind this helped me a lot in many aspects and also to focus on asana and stay longer. I also got rid of minor issues around stretching my body and I can now sit longer with folded legs which was a huge struggle for me. I can proudly say after struggling with period pain many many years now I don't feel any pain, Thanks to all breathing exercises you make us do.     Hello everyone, Am Bhavana I have been learning Yoga from Swapna garu from 1 year earlier I used to do yoga by myself looking into the video lessons in Youtube. But I have found a difference after joining under swapna's yoga training classes. She made me feel comfortable with the aasanas and she used to make us to take up the challenge to do aasanas and she teaches various aasanas to reach the poses in the higher level aasanas. She taught me how to make Sheershasana without difficulty she built my arm and shoulder strength through few set of aasanas for 6 months. And she teaches everything in an order which makes us easy and challenging to learn. Thankyou for helping me to reduce the tension in my body and giving stress relieved aasanas and uplifting my spirit to take up the challenges like Individual Headstand

It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned a lot about the purpose of yoga practice, and the important role and various techniques of meditation and pranayama as crucial parts of yoga.     Namaste everyone… I would like to take an opportunity to thank my guru Swapna who made be feel I can do it. I have in Astana yoga for 6 months now. I used to get tired very easily and used to be lazy. Many things used to run in my mind ,felt stressed out, it was not peaceful for me. From the day I started taking classes felt very peaceful and happy. Specially I love the twin heart meditation that we do, it’s is so relaxing. My body became very flexible and strong. I no longer feel tired, minor aches are gone. Thank you Swapna for support and making us feel lite. Though this is an online class Swapna focuses on every posture and makes it correct.
